When trying to resolve a conflict having everyone reach consensus on a solution isn’t always a good idea
A consensus is reached under five circumstance-
1. You are ignorant and don’t care about the conflict.
2. You don’t have an opinion of yourself.
3. You don’t think differently and aren’t adding anything to the group.
4. You fear to go against the group.
5. You have a reasonable explanantion to agree to what was proposed.
The top four options doesn’t help develop a meaningful consensus
